Hi there. Are you doing the Long Walk Home? My friends at the Wayside Chapel have asked me, Dr. Brenden, a podiatrist from Sydney, Australia to help you guys make sure you can get all the way on the long walk home without having to catch an Uber on the way home. Because whilst we normally catch an Uber, today isn't the day if you're doing the Long Walk Home. We want you to be happy, healthy, and active. So, today we're going to give you lots of tips and tricks and a few hacks to get you all the way home on that long walk.

Now I know that for many of you, preparation means very different things. Now we have Sam who is the office guru on walking exercise and all things fitness. And now Sam has been exercising the entire last three months. We know because he's put it on every social available and good on you Sam, thanks for your enthusiasm and energetic posting. Now, the rest of us, perhaps you are more academic or theoretical on your preparation. And maybe your preparation tends to be more with your fingers and less with your feet.

So, maybe some of these tips are going to be more helpful for you than for Sam. But Sam, you keep the good work up and keep posting. Definitely keep posting Sam.
