Ingrown toenails can be frustrating and are almost always painful. However, treatment need not be. Our team doctors add Board registered and qualified Podiatrists. They are highly skilled in the removal of painful ingrown toenails.

Much to patients’ surprise, many ingrown nails can be removed during an initial Expert ingrown toenail consultation. The consult is undertaken in rooms with local Anaesthetic Coverage available as required. No time is required off work and can be removed with little or no pain during the consult.

Most patients DO NOT need to move to nail surgery, despite this being a commonly held belief.

If surgery is required, our highly qualified and experienced Doctors will undertake this procedure in rooms under local anaesthetic with no need for hospital admission. Please inform our reception team if your General Practitioner has referred you for this procedure.

Consults Medical grade thermal Laser is the gold standard of laser treatments applied by our highly qualified doctors who are all board registered Podiatrists. Laser application makes up one component of Laser Therapy. It is important to note that skill preparation of the nail before the therapy goes hand in hand with both the application of the laser and management of the potential of reinfection. Our Doctors recommend that all ten toes be treated at the same time, as this will assist in reducing the possibility of reinfection. While no therapy can be guaranteed to eradicate mycotic Fungal infections, this with strict home management can in reduce the risk of reinfection.
